Children find this so easy to do, just being their pure joyous selves.

Challenge yourself to have a recess with YOU each day. Laugh away, enjoy the moment.

If that seems too much, start with a simple smile, and keep smiling until you can laugh. Share your laughter, share the joy inside you!
